Store size varies enormously, from a small corner grocery with a few aisles to a full supermarket chain location in Boardman with a bakery, seafood counter and food court under one roof. Sales and promotions are often posted in-store or in a weekly flyer rather than online, so prices listed on a website may be out of date. Seafood markets sell live and on-ice product and can usually clean or prepare fish on request for a small fee. Specialty food stores in Ohio may focus narrowly on one category, like a butcher, a rice and dry goods shop, or an import store, so calling ahead to confirm stock for a specific item saves a wasted trip.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 amβ7 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Indo Pak Groceries at (330) 629-6159; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.
Customers rate it 4.3 out of 5 on Google across 73 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded asian grocery stores in Boardman.
Boardman is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Boardman is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Ohio's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Agree with previous reviews about the store owners being complete frauds. They charged us 2-3 times the prices mentioned on the price tags. We were in a hurry so couldn't check the receipt at the spot otherwise would have returned every single thing! Also, on another previous visit, they had a ton of expired items in stock. I hope this review reaches people so you'd be careful shopping with them.

This is a lovely, fully stocked Indian grocery store. The reason for only 3 stars is that, though it's stated that it's open at 11:00 every day, it often isn't. Today we're here on a Saturday at 11:45 and it's closed. It's hit or miss. Updated: I changed the review to 5 stars because I called the store and left a message. The owner called me back at noon to say he was now open and that I should come at noon from now on. I suggested he change the time on his Webb site.

There aren't very many options for non American and exotic spices and food ingredients in my area, but this one is great. The people are always very polite and helpful. I love going here especially for spices such as ground coriander, turmeric, and hot chilies that aren't cayenne pepper, that are hard to find at other stores in the Boardman and Youngstown areas. They also have a lot of teas that are very delicious.

It is very organized and will meet your basic needs. They also have a variety of frozen Indian foods and Maggi but be weary of manufacture/expiration dates. Otherwise glad to have this store and encourage them to expand their options.
